Main objectives:
  • Creating an intelligent digital platform for the water monitoring in the region 3SI.
Short description:

Creating an intelligent digital platform for real time monitoring of water from hydrographic basins in the region 3SI, digital modelling of pollutants, water discharge, risk analysis, calculation and monitoring of water currents. Monitoring water quality parameters.

    Budget:

    Initial Initial working hypotheses:

    • Estimated budget: 2,500,000 EURO;
    • 4% the annual interest rate taken into account;
    • credit repayment from year 3 (first year of operation);
    • a team of approx. 20 people (specialists, technicians, administrative staff);

    • worked on average values of the three years of operation, in which the credit will be reimbursed.

    At the exploitation stage, potential deliverables (services) that can be sold:

    • digital modeling studies of pollutants in I3M zone;
    • statistical studies on pollution waste level;
    • statistical studies on water flow on a surface;
    • risk analysis studies on time intervals;
    • analysis for prevention and combat of the pollution waste effects;
    • calculation and monitoring water streams studies;
    • studies on water quality, by monitored parameters, monitored area and monitored area surface;
    • integration reports and statistics studies on different monitored data. Estimated revenues considered only the generation of services. These services can be accompanied by the sale and installation of on-demand equipments, which implies a commercial addition of 10-30% for hardware sales as a profit share.
