Short description:

The project envisages the organization of a new route for the transportation of various grades of oil to target consumers in CEE countries using the existing infrastructure.

The Ukrainian section of the route has the necessary infrastructure, which confirms the technical readiness of the Ukrainian system.

The project can be implemented after the Ukrainian seaports are unblocked and oil tankers are able to receive oil at the Pivdennyi Oil and Gas Terminal.

Technical characteristics

Estimated volumes of oil transportation along the route are up to 5.0 million tons per year.

Actual transportation volumes will be determined by the needs of target markets and consumers.

Design
The project can be implemented in the shortest possible time, and the key prerequisites for project implementation are:
● unblocking access to the Pivdennyi port;
● agreeing on commercial conditions for the use of the route;
● reaching agreements between oil suppliers and consumers.

Budget:

The project will not require significant investments and will use existing infrastructure and equipment.
